I learnt about Olympic Values. My Olympic Values are Friendship and Courage. I think Valerie Adams had the courage to challenge Nadzeya Ostapchuk in the shot putt that is why she is the best athlete. The next Olympic Value I would like to learn is Determination.

Because sometimes I feel drowsy and down but being determined will definitely help me at everything.
